In the event where the product was damaged and we are at fault, you will receive a 100% refund or have the option of having the product replaced.
In the event that the product was made correctly following our standards but the flavour or texture did not meet your personal preference, we are unable to offer a refund in this case as it’s impossible to please each individual’s particular preferences.
